Recommended Starting Option

Answer the three questions to see a starting resin option.

This result is an initial selection guide. Confirm flow, curing, bubble release, clarity and cured hardness using the actual mold and production conditions.

PRIMARY EXPORT OPTION

1:1 Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin

Easy-mixing clear epoxy resin for small molds, jewelry, flower specimens, resin accessories and decorative small-item production.

  • 1:1 mixing ratio
  • Relatively faster curing than the 3:1 option
  • High transparency
  • Glossy cured appearance
  • Suitable for small mold production
  • Bulk packaging and private-label supply available

HIGHER-HARDNESS OPTION

3:1 Epoxy Resin for Harder Small Mold Products

An additional epoxy formula option for selected small molded products requiring a harder cured result.

  • 3:1 mixing ratio
  • Higher cured hardness
  • Suitable for selected rigid decorative products
  • Formula matching based on mold size and target performance
  • Sample and production testing required

SMALL MOLD GUIDANCE

Match Batch Size and Mold Geometry Before Pouring

Exotherm and curing behavior depend on the amount of mixed resin, mold shape, ambient temperature and heat dissipation.

This small-craft resin system is not intended to replace dedicated river-table or large-volume deep-pour epoxy.

For small mold applications, a mixed batch of approximately 150 g may be evaluated for pours within about 5 cm, subject to mold geometry, ambient temperature and production testing.

  • Mold Cross-Section
  • Ambient Temperature
